Crane Installation, Testing & Certification
Crane installation has to be done by experienced professional team. There are numbers of considerations when installing a crane such as safety procedure, runway alignment, and internal testing to make sure the crane and all its electrical and mechanical components working properly. A proper and safe installation will prolong the life time of the crane.
In Indonesia, all cranes should be certified by government official prior to passing a test conducted on the crane. The crane test has to comply with Permen Depnaker No 05/MEN/1985. This crane certificate will expire in a year, and the crane owner has to aplly for certificate renewal.
